Drying the soursop leaves is very simple. Wash the green leaves and spread them out to dry in a cool, shaded area away from the sun, preferably in a mesh basket so they can air-dry. It will take the leaves about a week to dry for tea.

The soursop and moringa leaves: Wash the dry leaves and place them in a small teapot with room-temperature water. Three to five leaves per cup of tea are enough for this recipe, but use more for a stronger tea. Cover the pot, then bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Add the sliced ginger.
Boiling time: Once the water starts to boil, let it brew for about 3 to 5 minutes. Brew longer for a stronger tea.
After boiling, leave it to steep for 10 minutes.
Sweeten: Strain, and you are good to go. You can sweeten it with honey (optional)
